The Linkus platform โ including its name, logo, visual design, source code, database architecture, feature set, user experience flows, business model, pricing strategy, Africa-first market concept, content calendar system, multi-platform composer, AI caption generation system, hashtag management system, analytics dashboard, team collaboration framework, and all associated intellectual property โ is the exclusive property of Linkus (Pty) Ltd.
All content, software, designs, and materials on this Platform are protected by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and international intellectual property treaties. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or imitation of any part of this Platform is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All source code, algorithms, database schemas, API designs, and technical architectures of the Platform are protected as literary works under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978.
The Platform's visual design, colour palette, typography, layout, iconography, and overall look and feel constitute protected artistic works and trade dress.
"Linkus", the Linkus logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of Linkus (Pty) Ltd protected under the Trade Marks Act 194 of 1993.
The concept of an Africa-first, ZAR-priced social media management platform with local payment integration and pan-African accessibility is original intellectual property.
Proprietary AI caption generation, hashtag suggestion, best-time-to-post algorithms, and content recommendation systems are protected trade secrets.
Database schemas, data models, content queue architecture, and analytics frameworks are protected as original literary and technical works.
All text, documentation, marketing copy, help articles, and other written content on the Platform are protected as literary works.
The Africa Access plan concept โ including its pricing strategy, local payment integration approach, and pan-African market positioning โ is original IP.
The intellectual property of Linkus (Pty) Ltd is protected under the following legislation and international frameworks:

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute infringement of Linkus (Pty) Ltd's intellectual property rights:
Linkus (Pty) Ltd actively monitors for infringement of its intellectual property rights and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers, including:
Claims for damages, including lost profits and statutory damages under the Copyright Act and Trade Marks Act.
Applications for urgent interdicts to immediately stop infringing activity, including ex parte applications where necessary.
Referral to the South African Police Service and National Prosecuting Authority for criminal copyright infringement charges.
In addition to the above, Linkus (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to seek recovery of all legal costs, investigation costs, and any other expenses incurred in enforcing its intellectual property rights. Infringers may also be liable for additional damages where infringement is found to be wilful.
